If you bring forth what is within you, what you bring forth will save you. If you do not bring forth what is within you, what you do not bring forth will destroy you.

It all started when...

Angela (Anj) York Crane is a certified Hatha yoga teacher and a Jungian-oriented Spiritual Director/Companion. Her vocation for the last twenty years has been to create and hold space for others to deeply listen to their inherent insight and inner guide. Her struggle with lupus, an autoimmune illness, was the impetus that brought her to yoga ten years ago. Through a meditation, Hatha yoga, and pranayama practice, she has learned to maintain her health, embody her presence, and deepen her path of devotion. Yoga is another modality that furthers these brave spaces. Her classes aim to connect body, mind, and spirit, the inner and outer, and bring into consciousness the innate wisdom of the body, and the bravery of an open heart.

She was trained as a small group leader through Open Hearts Ministries, an organization serving those impacted by childhood  physical, sexual. emotional and spiritual trauma. After training and leading groups, she became a trainer for OHM.

She received her Spiritual Direction certification from the Haden Institute, in the Jungian Mystical Christian tradition. After graduation, she became a mentor for Haden.

She received her 200 RYT certificate from Raja Yoga and Meditation Center, a not-for-profit studio in Philadelphia PA doing service yoga in their community.  After receiving her certification, she became a Hatha and Restorative Yoga  teachere at Raja Yoga and Meditation Center.
